Andromeda
Andromeda is Meta’s AI platform that has been in development for years and cost tens of billions of dollars. They began releasing it in July and August. With this new release the some of your ad campaigns have seen some abnormal activity. The most problematic is that ads are showing up outside of the target area.
This is a problem that all advertisers are navigating and we have found several solutions optimize your ad dollars while Meta works out the kinks.

We are diligently working to forcefully exclude markets that are outside of your territory.
Additionally, we are updating your ad copy to more closely align with the type of ads that Meta’s new platform wants to see.
We are collecting images and videos to gear up to launch even more ads that will specifically target segments of your audience.
