Dear Friends,

We want to express our deepest gratitude to all the clients and their sales professionals that we have the privilege of serving here at Direct Success Digital. Your participation in the DirectFlow program allows us to serve an industry we love, that helps people have more and better music in their lives.

We are on a mission to finish the development of the most efficient lead generation, follow up, and sales support system the industry has ever seen, that will give our clients a large competitive edge in their markets.

We want you all to know how much we appreciate your business and patience as we innovate and grow on your behalf. As the holidays have ramped up into full steam, please remember to take a moment at the end of the day to reflect on how important to people having the benefits of music is to their well-being. It is a truly noble thing you do when you help and encourage them to make decisions that benefit them musically. I can make the argument that music is the best therapy we all can have in a world full of stress and ongoing challenges.

It is our job to continue to challenge ourselves to be responsive to your needs so we can take care of ourselves and the ones we love. I guess between us helping you sell more, which benefits you, your loved ones and those whose lives you place more music in, plus what it does for us, our company and our loved ones, we could consider this entire proposition a “win-win-win and more" scenario. I think we should keep on trying to help one another and the consumers as best we can. As far as I can tell it is work worth doing. It’s hard to find a negative to what we all do together.

I hope your Thanksgiving was enjoyable, that you have a Merry Christmas and give us permission to continue serving you in 2026.

Sincerely,

Jack and Tammy Klinefelter and the entire staff at Direct Success Enterprises
