Dear Direct Success Digital Dealer Principals,
We are initiating to a new policy beginning June 1, 2026. We need to eliminate the collections activities required to keep our ad spend fully funded for the sum total of our customer base. We are especially grateful for those clients who trust us and our efforts on their behalf enough to be on by be on AutoPay.
Beginning June 1 your monthly invoice must be satisfied by the tenth of each month to keep your ad series running without interruption. If the monthly invoice remains outstanding by the morning of the 11th your ads will be paused until the invoice is paid at which time the ads will resume being placed. We cannot bank roll multiple markets past that cash flow deadline. We have to fulfill our mission of keeping the best possible messaging running for our client base and continue to innovate. There is no bandwidth for collections since we are simply a fiduciary for the ad funds. We are shaving collections notifications and bankrolling past ten days. This will allow us to maintain the lowest possible fees and service delivered in an efficient and proactive manner.
