Tasks are now online
Hello Dashers!
We’re excited to announce that Tasks are going live this weekend!
You can now create Tasks in the main Tasks section that are either tied to a Lead or not tied to a Lead. Tasks that are not tied to a Lead are perfect for general reminders, to-dos, or important meetings that are not connected to a specific prospect.
Tasks tied to a Lead stay connected to that client’s journey, keeping everything in context and easy to track.
You can sort Tasks and quickly find what you need using keywords. In the Tasks section, Tasks are collapsed to give you a quick overview of your day. Inside individual Leads, Tasks are expanded so you can see detailed information about each prospect.
You can also edit your Tasks after saving them, including updating notes as things change.
If there’s a scheduling conflict, the system will alert you. You can upload documents like proposals or invoices directly inside the Lead, and create notes, send emails, schedule calls, set deadlines, manage meetings whether virtual or in person, and send texts.
You can also assign priority levels to your Tasks so you can quickly see what matters most each day.
The purpose of Tasks is to help sales professionals stay organized and motivated throughout the day. It keeps your prospects top of mind, helps you stay relevant in your follow-up, and reduces the chances of missing something important.
Since this is a new development, there may be a few bugs along the way. We’d love your feedback, so don’t hesitate to let us know what’s working and what can be improved.
If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to me, Clyde, at Direct Success. I’ll be happy to walk you through anything you need.
We hope you’ll take full advantage of the Tasks feature. It’s a valuable tool, and we appreciate your patience as we continue building out Dash.
