Development Update 1-28-26

Hello Dash Users,

We wanted to share a few recent improvements we have been making to Dash behind the scenes. Our ongoing goal is to make Dash easier to use, more efficient, and more intuitive. Based on your feedback, we have made several enhancements to lead navigation.

What’s new:

• You can now move to the next or previous lead directly, without returning to the main Leads section, so you do not lose your place.

• Leads can now be filtered by a custom date range, making it easier to review activity over a specific period.

In addition, we have made updates to Automations, which will be rolling out over the next few days. These improvements will allow you to:

• Automated email notifications debugging- fixes multiple emails for one lead and failure to send email to certain individuals who were CC’d

• Turn automations on or off for individual leads

• Display automations branded with your salesperson’s name and your business

• Link directly to your website by clicking your business name

• Reply to the assigned salesperson by clicking their name

  
  

As with any update, there may be isolated issues for some users once these changes are released. If you notice anything out of the ordinary, please reach out so we can address it promptly.
