Latest Updates
You may have noticed that Dash is moving a lot faster. We are now at Version 0.6 and expect to reach the MVP by the end of November. If you have been hesitant to use the CRM, I want to encourage you to log back in and experience the latest improvements. Here is what you can expect.
Legacy Leads: been isolated to their own section of Dash. You can quickly navigate them however you will have to manually convert them into a New Lead in order for you to add Notes or Task. That feature is in development and will be released soon. We recommend you turn a Legacy Lead into a “New Lead” if they become active and add some verbiage such as "Legacy Lead Turned New 9-39-25” when you do. This will manually date stamp the conversion for you. Let the old leads live in Legacy until they fire back up again.
Lead Enrichment: There is a green line that encircles every lead where we were able to collect Lead Enrichment Data. You can easily spot this from the Leads view.
Lead Status: You can easily see where each lead is in the Customer Journey. A lead comes in light blue or ICE COLD and gradually the colors get hotter until you end in a sale or RED hot.
Applications: are color coded as well for easy navigation
Coming Soon
Move Legacy Leads to New Leads’ with a toggle.
Customer Journey getting a facelift with new features. New features include the “Read More” on the automations, the “like” and “share” buttons being activated and assisting in moving the leads through the first two steps of the customer journey. Soon leads will alert you when a prospect takes an action, eliminating the illusion that nothing is happening until they speak to you.
Task: you will be able to assign yourself a task attached to your leads.
Better tracking of Conversion Rates. The “Views” will be accurate as we integrate Dash with Meta. This will eliminate bots, tests and filtered malicious intents which have inflated the views number.
An impressive number of consumers who see the ads we place for you jump off the ad by clicking your name and logo in the upper left of the ads. They are visiting your Facebook page. Presently a client in a “B” sized market client is enjoying approximately 1k visits monthly from new potential prospects. This is where many of them will “check you out” and decide to call, follow, visit or become a lead, after looking for proof of your credibility.
Creating Dash to meet your needs is an ongoing project that is approaching the end of Phase #1. Your feedback has been invaluable. We have debugged constantly through the process and are nearing the phase where the essentials are going to be met and we will be able to start adding advanced features. Thank you! For your ongoing partnership in this endeavor and keep the ideas coming!
