We are going to request some sensitive information therefore it comes with a promise:

We do not and will not share any proprietary information with any outside resource or reseller. 


The information we receive from our clients is 100% secure in our keeping. Over the last several decades we have handled millions of sensitive records from piano dealers, manufacturers, universities and arts organizations without a breach or incident and have no other use for information other than to serve our individual clients whose files are kept separate and not commingled. The records are used on a "client by client", "market  by market" basis.  


The reason for the request is to feed Meta the information on past buyer's so they can employ profiling to find people to place ads in front of that look like your past buyers. This level of "look-a-like" technology search will allow us to target the very best piano interest households with common denominators and proclivities that match people who have purchased from you in the past. This fuel will also be a step in the direction of a customized retargeting strategy to be employed in 2026. Just as we have needed to with geography, we intend to put bumpers on the retargeting and get smarter in 2026 with the accuracy and frequency. This is the first step, feeding the system your past buyers.

The piano type is helpful but we can still use the information if your file doesn't provide it. 


We are dedicated to placing your ads in the very best places for maximum lead generation and branding performance. The piano type will allow us to weigh the search towards the pianos that match the application best. Digitals can be included. 


From some apps we will use that info for exclusionary purposes but if we are ever commissioned to harvest digital leads it will help with the search. Targeting will never be 100% accurate using any platform, but it is our mission to serve up the very best quality a marketing agency can provide.
