Dash is beginning to Accelerate

You may have noticed that the leads are starting to load instantly when you click on them. We have been as frustrated as you with a 3 to 5 second load time and are happy that Dash is beginning to live up to its name. We still have a long way to go and appreciate your patience as we continue to build out the platform. Here are a few of the other updates that have taken effect.

  1. Fixed Failing Automations: In rare cases, a team member wouldn’t receive a new lead notification. That bug is now resolved.

  2. Strengthened Lead Protection: All leads are now locked by email. If a new lead comes in, it will always go to the original salesperson. (This was already in place, but we’ve made it stronger.)

  3. Eliminated Blank Leads: Deleted or archived leads used to leave behind empty placeholders. Those are eliminated.

Big Updates Over the Weekend

Today we’re beginning another round of updates designed to make Dash faster and more reliable. These improvements focus on speeding up the system and removing incompatible data that has been causing issues in other areas. These updates include

  1. Legacy Leads Relocation: Starting today, we’re moving one salesperson’s Legacy Leads into their own section of Dash.

  2. Testing & Troubleshooting: We’ll troubleshoot any issues, then move two more salesperson’s Legacy Leads tomorrow.

  3. Full Migration: If all goes smoothly, all Legacy Leads will be transferred over the weekend.

Thank you all for your continued input, support, and patience during this development period. Please reach out with any questions or concerns, and we are on hand to help.
